Hi Shaikh, I am not coming to the PSA Conference this year. Congratulations on completing 25 continuous years. I think you will receive recognition as that is an accomplishment! Submit some photos of Salt Lake City to Group 9, please.
Glad you liked the "The Big Wheel". |

Hi Stephen, Your guess is correct. My 10mm-18mm lens was set at 18mm. Thanks for the monochrome suggestion; I do like it. |

Very nice light coming through the window. The sky is not blown out which often happens with photos of this type. I like the vignetting; it does place emphasis on the subject and her work. Everything is nicely focused. If the History Farm offers a photo contest, I think this image would be a good example of life on the farm. |

Hi Debbie, The LensBaby seems to be the "in" photo tool these days. I see good color and interest in the background. The flower is nicely placed in the frame and I like your vignetting. Good use of the LensBaby. |

Hi Jesse, Nice sharp focus and I really like the background. It adds interest and a regal appearance to the image. If only the right side of the frame was of the same background it would be perfect. Can you return to the zoo? I think a return trip would be worthwhile. |

Sad story. Hopefully reconstruction will continue after the fire. A series of photographs would make a good story telling exercise. One can only wish for a good ending. It appears you have a good beginning if you choose to continue the story. Photojournalism is one of your interests, I think. |

Hi Pat.....Have fun at Old Car City...Mike Moats? All of your images taken at Roman K's workshop have merit. I especially like the composition of this one. Good detail and lighting. Topaz Glow has really made it Pop! |

Hi Neal, Good capture of the fly and water droplets. I like the sharpness of both and especially the patterns in the droplets. They remind me of crystal clear marbles with a patterned inside. The star reflection on the first marble is an added bonus. Lisa has offered a different view. |

Hi Rosangela, Nice image...generally we always pick perfect specimens to photograph. These three leaves are a change of pace showing creativity on your part. I like how you have composed them and the delicate blue background they are lying on. Good work. |

What a perfect line up! The composition, going from small to larger flowers is very pleasing. I question if Crocosmia are a type of lily. The colors they present are attractive, from the purplish, green stalks to the yellow which bends into red. The background you chose is a good fit. It places emphasis on the bright and sharply focused subjects. In addition, you selected a good stem to work with, three prominent blossoms followed by nine immature buds. Very nice photograph. |
