Very colourful scene. There are two young trees that frame the ones in the middle.
Lighting the middle small tree (as per Angela's suggestion) makes it stand out and appears to give more life to the image. This could have been done using a flashlight and painting the little tree - or lightened in post production. Very nice |

Nicely backlit photo. The 3 cones in front are sharp. Your crop was good. Angelas' suggestion to crop out the top two is a good suggestion as it allows more focus on the 3 in front. |

I never thought to turn it around. I like that way. Thank you for pointing it out. |

The photo is well done. The placement of the cookies adds to the story as does the smoke. The vignette puts the focus on the subject. The changes in post makes it a better image.
Thank you for the instructions on the use of the slow sync flash. Sharing information helps us all. |

Wow! Interesting subject. Good for you for going outside to do this. We are having the same temperatures - and I opted to stay inside.
There is a lot of detail in the bubble and a very nice pattern. The snow also shows detail. The lighting is good. A good crop as this one showed better than the other bubble. Well done. |

Nice image. The light really makes the honey pop. The rim light is well done and gives definition to the edges of the jar. The key line matches and gives it a nice finished look. Simple subject that is made interesting. |
