Very creative. The red against the black background really stands out. The key line gives the viewer the information as to where the image ends. The idea of using a mask and reflection works nicely. Well done. |

What an interesting find! It is very well lit and works well on a black background. I agree with some of the others that a key line would add to the image especially on a black background like we have here. It would define the edges. In some competitions, you are not allowed to add a key line but for this group it is appropriate. |

The image takes us back to days gone by and this is enhanced through the use of black and white. Silver Effex is a great program to change it to monotone. The shadows of the tree on the foreground makes it more interesting. Good capture. |

Very nice image taken of some stunning art. The red adds a focus and the wood sculpture adds interest and a focal point. Perhaps cropping some of the top and bottom would allow more focus on the art and does not add to the image and still leave it balanced. |

Beautiful calm image. The yellow from the sun coming through the clouds adds interest. Cropping the bottom to get of posts? would improve the image. I did not even notice the frame until I read Kurt's message. Perhaps because it is on a black background. I agree that it does not add to the photo as it is lovely without it. |
