Hi Stephen,
This is such an amazing photo. I love this photo. First and foremost Gene and his car seem connected as if they are one object. Gene should not be anywhere but just where you've placed him , in the center. By being in the center in this case he shows this completeness of both him and the car (only way I can explain it, but I know that sounds confusing).
You can see in Gene's body langauge his great great pride he has in his hobbies: The car, the tools on the walls, the cleaning equiptment for the car hanging on the walls, and most importantly his body at a tiny angle showing his connectedness with his surroundings and environment.
Thanks Stephen.

Craig,
I love this shot. It's perfect. Excellent composition. It's very realistic. The light is coming thru the window just right and she looks like she's just sitting down taking a work break , and ready to get back to work soon.
Having the background so much darker than the forground gives an excellent feel and realistic quality to the photo. Everythig is positioned in front of her so realistictally. The cooking bowls and tools from a half circle in front of her which gives a wider perspective and your low enough to capture it all.
One suggestion may be to remove the objects in front-center as they are a bit of a distration. Understandably you wouldn't want to crop it more so I don't know if you could actually remove those objects.
Great job...

David, beautiful and very creative. I want to learn how to create composite photos. Could you crop a bit off the left side ? The inch or so on the left is a bit distracting but I realize this may cut out too much of the milky way but this would focus my eye through the center of the photo more.
Also, it would be interesting to see this photo with the surrounding rocks a tiny bit brighter which I think would add a complement to the brightness of the stars.
Great photo!

Hi Peggy,
Welcome to the group!
I love these mountainous rocks in the Southwest. Having lived in New Mexico for eight years when a college student and thereafter , I had a lot of chance to explore the Southwest.
I love how the mountain surrounds the chapel as if it grows out of the mountain. I don't think you need to darken the mountains. I think the mountains are somewhat uneven in their brightness. You could possibly brighten the portion directly to the right of the chapel which will even out the sun shining.
If possible , it would be beneficial to get a bit higher to shoot straiter on so your not shooting up so much which would make the composition less at an angle. Also, I do not think the trees and shrubs add much and are somewhat of a distration. If you can crop them out a bit it would help I think.
I hope this helps and is constructive.
