1 Dec 22 Comment I love this. I don't know if it would be acceptable in a competition but you could always recreate it by buying a piece of sheet music and photographing that. This reminds me of all the piano lessons I took as a kid and now don't even have a piano. Very well done.

2 Dec 22 Comment Your image is quite quite nice, but Martin's suggested edit blows it out of the park Dec 5th

10 Dec 22 Comment The composition is attractive , but I found it a bit soft for my taste and not "shouting" at me so I took it into Topaz studio 2 and sharpened it and added a touch of contrast. What do you think? Dec 8th
10 Dec 22 Comment Whatever you do, do not be discouraged. This is fabulous. Would you be kind enough to send me the info on the online flower course - bevandstu@gmail.com. I love doing flowers and would be very interested in expanding my horizons. Thanks. Dec 8th

24 Dec 22 Reply The brighter is better for me/ Thanks Dec 21st
24 Dec 22 Reply Not sure. The flowers appear darker to me. I wonder if the brightness in the original is reflected light lost in the cloning. Dec 19th
24 Dec 22 Reply I'm open to any suggestion to improve or eliminate the distraction Dec 19th
24 Dec 22 Comment Love the flower Love the colors overall a winner for me. Dec 6th
24 Dec 22 Comment I love the colors but have to agree with the others re the focus issues. That being said, I do not agree with Manual Focus Always as at 84 years of age, I find I do better with several autofocus images, choose the best, and if I need help tend to rely on Topaz Sharpen AI Dec 4th
24 Dec 22 Comment This is a beautiful flower. What I did was go to Image/Adjustments/Vibrance and increased both the vibrance and saturation just a drop and with the thought that it might make a the flower a bit more "outstanding". What do you think? Dec 4th
24 Dec 22 Comment I find this an interesting image and understand your explanation; but, when it comes to flowers I thrive on the colors. That said, I may be a bit less objective in reviewing monochromatic flowers. Dec 4th
24 Dec 22 Comment Love the flowers and what you did with them. Dec 4th
24 Dec 22 Comment Just beautiful and so dainty as well. Dec 4th

48 Dec 22 Reply Thank you Dec 12th
48 Dec 22 Reply Fabulous job. Thanks for the info. Dec 4th
48 Dec 22 Comment The bird is beautiful but I was not pleased with the distracting branches; so, I selectively did content aware fills leaving some hints in the background but eliminating the distracting dark branches. What do you think? Dec 4th
48 Dec 22 Comment I know I can always count on you for something special and this is. Very well done. Dec 4th
48 Dec 22 Comment I find this image fascinating and love the flags. Still trying to figure out how they got into the bubbles. Dec 4th
48 Dec 22 Comment Nice image and, yes, Tom's image makes a huge difference. Dec 4th
48 Dec 22 Comment I love this image. I probably would have gotten the black background the hard way, but this works perfectly. Dec 4th
48 Dec 22 Reply I actually think this one was taken a couple of years ago around May for Cinco de Mayo in the Ft. Lauderdale area. I love these festivals. Other good ones are the Renaissance Festivals where I've gotten a few winners. Dec 4th
48 Dec 22 Reply I think the expression was what caught my eye more than anything. Thanks to both of you. Dec 3rd

52 Dec 22 Comment Great image. Are you, by any chance, related to an Arthur Auerbach, who lived on Lenox Road and Rockaway Parkway in the late 40s and early 50s. He was a student teacher in my class and I never forgot him although I didn't run into him again after we moved to Long Island. Dec 16th
