24 Nov 22 Reply It may not be too long before I follow in your footsteps. I have been so disgusted with some of our judges lately, I often feel that I'm chasing rainbows for nothing. Nov 20th
24 Nov 22 Reply Thanks so much. I am a bit limited with my lens but will certainly do my best or start carrying an extra lens or two. Nov 20th
24 Nov 22 Reply In response to all, I changed the background and wonder what you think of this as opposed to the green. Nov 10th
24 Nov 22 Reply thank you. Nov 10th
24 Nov 22 Comment I'm not familiar with ICM so I'm kind of at a loss to be objective about this image. I am, personally, not a fan of much abstract so I will excuse myself on this so that I am not unjustly unfair. Nov 9th
24 Nov 22 Comment I decided to look at this again and yes I still prefer the darker background but decided to add a touch of vibrance and saturation the subject. What do you think? Nov 9th
24 Nov 22 Comment I love the flower, color combo is perfect, but as you know our tastes vary a bit and I wish that the whole flower was sharp. As they say "different strokes for different folks". Nov 9th
24 Nov 22 Comment I had a hard time deciding whether I preferred the original or the finished creation as they are both beautiful. I think I like the finished one for its subtle feeling Nov 9th
24 Nov 22 Comment Lots of work to achieve this result but it looks like it was worth every minute.....Gorgeous Nov 9th
24 Nov 22 Comment I much prefer the black background but based on our club judges recently, it's not necessarily the way to go. Nov 7th
24 Nov 22 Comment Please do not be sorry. That's the purpose of DD learning experience. Nov 1st

32 Nov 22 Comment I understand what you were trying to do, but my personal preference is the color version which to me, almost looks like a flower of some kind Nov 19th

48 Nov 22 Reply Not a problem. Keep up the good work Nov 10th
48 Nov 22 Comment Beautiful panorama. Reminds me why I always think of how much we enjoyed our New England Fall Foliage tour many years ago with friends. Nov 9th
48 Nov 22 Comment Without knowing that this is a leaf, I would have considered it part of an abstract collection. Nice texture and subtle coloring. Well done. Nov 9th
48 Nov 22 Comment Wonderful image. I've spent too much time at car museums and leaving empty handed or empty lensed so I'll leave this category to people like you who come up with something this good. Nov 9th
48 Nov 22 Comment Great shot. Hope you were far enough away to be safe. Nov 9th
48 Nov 22 Comment The rest of the group has expressed my reaction to this image probably better than I could. Beautiful result. Nov 9th
48 Nov 22 Reply What I did was select the hot spot and just adjusted the brightness down and then just lightened up the other paw just a tad. What do you think? Nov 8th
48 Nov 22 Reply You're right on the paw but that's probably a non destructive layer mask on the hotspot. I'll try to work on it later today and re-post as for the moment my eyes are telling me to walk away from this machine Nov 8th
48 Nov 22 Reply About 1000 times better - thanks Nov 5th
48 Nov 22 Reply THANKS Nov 2nd

80 Nov 22 Comment This is a wonderful collage. I have Luminar and start learning to use it again. I am almost completely a photoshop user and am totally enamored with their support. I stopped using Luminar because I thought they went to a subscription basis. Nov 21st

81 Nov 22 Comment This image reminds me of grandma babysitting and thinking "Oh my God what do I do with them now that mom is off working" Wonderful opportunity to create a myriad of stories and extremely well captured situation. Nov 21st
81 Nov 22 Comment Love your creation and appreciate Joseph's comment as well. Have to try that next time I'm near an art store. Nov 21st

85 Nov 22 Comment It took quite a bit of work but I was able to pretty much eliminate the one car in front of the building with several content aware fill actions. I think that makes the cars to the left a bit less obtrusive because the focus is more drawn to the building without that car in front. Remember this is not perfect, but with more time and work it could be much better. What do you think? Nov 21st
85 Nov 22 Comment These images make jealous but at my stage of the game, I think a drone would be underutilized for the cost. Lovely image and very interesting story. Nov 21st

87 Nov 22 Comment The story although a sad one adds to the image. The image is very well done; however, I find the wide white border a distraction..see my suggestion attached. And although belated, please accept my condolences on the loss of your son. Nov 21st

89 Nov 22 Comment To me, he almost looks as if he's smiling at you. Great image. I don't mind the turn of the plant because when we were in Costa Rica, if I remember correctly, I commented on the "twist" of much of the vegitation. Nov 21st

92 Nov 22 Reply I'm sorry typo I believe it's puppet warp Nov 21st
92 Nov 22 Comment Great image. As to the eyes, if you master puppet work in Photoshop it should work. One application I have never had the patience to do. One of these days.... Nov 21st

96 Nov 22 Comment For me there's nothing to change. To paraphrase a phrase "the sky's the image" Great work Nov 21st
96 Nov 22 Comment This image is great. The colors are wonderful and for me, I'd submit it to any abstract competition Nov 21st

99 Nov 22 Comment Excellent result. I like them both but think that I prefer the touch of color in the original Nov 21st
99 Nov 22 Comment To me this is a story of love. I took the image into Photoshop just to enlarge the "thing" on top of dad's head because of the comments about it. On a closer look, it appears to me to be part of his hairdo. I would get rid of a few of the spots that are in very close to him at the waters edge. I do find the enhancements made by others to the sand tones a nice improvement Nov 21st
