I've spent years trying to get the buildings straight and now I guess I can forget everything I learned and work on improving the others. Great image. |

Beautiful image. I agree that the move slightly to the right is an added plus. |

How well I remember this from our time in Athens. I agree with the other comments but wonder if you might have caught them coming down so that you might have captured their faces. Overall, a lovely image, but I doubt it would do well in a competition simply because of the position of the soldiers.. |

The flower is lovely,. The down side is the background, not so much. It's fighting the flower for attention. What I've done as a suggestion, was replace the background with a texture as an alternative. |

I took out the traffic light and the the pole. Not a difficult process. Just select the object, go Fill (under edit) choose content aware -- fill-- and voila, object gone.

As I'm in the midst of re-creating my data base this one stopped me short. Although I do like your original image, I also like Mark's version. Most important, I got the feeling that this is a reminder of Dale for you. |

Hi, Ally. I am the Administrator Advisor for the Digital Dialog study groups and try to visit as many groups and comment on as many images as I can each month. Your image is lovely and I really have no suggestions for improvement other than what you already have done
However, I do want to commend you on the information you provided with the image. That is truly what the study groups are all about and I take every opportunity to encourage all of our members to do likewise. Welcome to Digital Dialog I wish you the best and am confident you will benefit tremendously as long as you continue submitting this kind of work and accompanying data. |

This is an absolutely amazing image. I prefer Joseph's crop as it increases the visual size of the bison and decreases the amount of the white conflicting with the snow. Wonderful! |

Sometimes it's worth a shot. Those that I think are my best shots sometimes die a rough death and those desperation shots come out smelling like a rose. |

I'm sorry I'm going to pass on this because I don't feel that i can do it justice. I was never a big fan of abstract as I usually don't understand or appreciate the result. I do like the colors but as I said, other than that I don't think I would be fair to you. Hope you understand. |

Tom, I also felt it is missing something so I did a non destructive layer mask and dealt with the gray on the main building. I also touched up the car just a tad and I think it's an improvement - what is your take on the result. |

I love the coloring and the overall image but I find the shoreline a bit to close to the middle of the image so I cropped a bit off the bottom of the lake to better fit the rule of thirds and accentuate the shoreline, the boat house, etc. What do you think? |

I like the image but wasn't crazy about the sky. So I did a sky replacement in Photoshop. This time it took a bit of effort because the clouds were falling on top of the image so I manually erased the clouds that were obscuring the building and came with this result. |

Thanks Lloyd. I just purchased a webinar on masking, etc. and will have to open it on my laptop and work on the image on the desktop at the same time to get it to sink in. |

I like the image. I was about to say thart I would guess that if he doesn't have a dish or something where people can drop money in, he is probably a panhandler; however, a panhandler would probably also have a place for suckers to drop money into.
I prefer the darker wall as it enhances the contrasr. |

I adjusted it using the clone tool at about 20% opacity. Is it any better? |
