This image is a wonderful reminder of my own life in New York. I did try to lighten the bricks under the bridge using a non-destructive layer mask, but was unsuccessful as they are apparently a bit too burned out I then tried image, adjustments, brightness, but that too fizzled. So, I guess we'll just have to enjoy our memories and not enter this one in a competition. |

I am the administrator of group 48 and enjoy visiting and commenting on all the groups. This is a very interesting image.
Just a suggestion on the "rolling" issue. Stick a bit of chewing gum on the bottom. I probably won't show and should eliminate the rolling. |

Great shot. And I thought it was taken somewhere in Aaia. Tack sharp as well. Well done. |

I could probably brighten the image but as to the ":star" I have no idea - never even saw it there. |

I never really thought about that. I was mostly concerned about whether I could get the app to work and needed a decent image to fill the space. |

Thanks Rich. I'll give it some work over the week-end and post my efforts then. |

Thanks. I've put so much work into this one that I'll probably keep him as a very fond memory but not much more photography wise. |

Love the lighting and the story telling me that both barbers are working at their task while someone's waiting on the site.
Well done |

For me, the dog makes the image. He looks so curious. Just an FYI - if you have the Topaz filter it does a fabulous job of removing grain in several different options. Check and see if it's in Topaz Studio which I believe is still a free download. |

His walking into the scene, in my opinion, improved the overall image a hundredfold. I agree 100% with the previous coments on the image. Well done. Nuf said |
