Elle,
I might suggest that it in taking the image, you might have stepped to the left a bit. This would provide a full view of the bottom step and perhaps take out the partial half of the door (making that half of the boor a little larger. However not being there, you may have decided that this was not a preferable view. I do not find the brighter light at the bottom of the image distracting. Susan |

Michael,
Thank you for the sharpening suggestion. Sometimes I forget what I once know. I had the background darker but wanted to have a vague sense of the background come through. However, your point is well taken. I will rework it. And to Peter's point will bring out the skin tones. Susan |

Michael,
My kind of image. I love the drama created in the clouds. I am not familiar with the lens you mentioned. Does it work as a ND filter as well.Great contrast between the clouds and the rocky shore. Susan |

Peter,
I must admit I missed seeing the people until I read Michael's comment. Thank you for including the statistics for the waterfall.I helps to give a perspective on the size and force of the setting. Looking at your shutter speed, I was surprised to see you still were able to slow down the flow. The spray also adds to definition to the falls. Great composition and well executed post processing. John,
It is hard when you log in mid month as several of my recommendations were already discussed. My tow would be to straighten the door and add more contrast. I enjoyed all the patterns and textures. Susan |
