I agree with the comments re the halo. I did go back and edit the image again to remove the distractions. For me the central focus was the lines running through the image. The birds are secondary. Susan |

Ella,
Happy New Year to you as well. Great image with a twist that really enhances the uniqueness of the image. Good use of shadows and light to give depth to the image. No suggestions for improvement. Susan |

Nick,
The image in some ways reminds me of starry night. I think it must be the upper part of the image with all the swirls. I might use a vignette especially on the upper 1/3 of th eimage. Great work and use of the tools available to bring out the best in the image. Susan |

Peter,
My first adventure to Bodie was around 2015. I appreciate you comments regarding some of the changes to the buildings. I was not aware that buildings had been rehabbed. I did go pre and post the latest earthquake.
I enjoyed viewing your image. Great composition and tonal range. I have no suggestions for improvement. Love it as it is. Susan |

John,
I like the darkness of the image. I agree with the other comment re cropping of the bottom of the image and just having the bottom be solid black. I would not remove the clouds as I find they bring motion to the image. I would keep current level of brightness in clouds and snow on trees. Agree that snow on the ground could be less bright. Great image. Susan |
