Hi Frans, I'm amazed that you could capture such a great shot through the window of a moving bus! I don't know anything about a flexible silicone hood for shooting through glass, but this makes me want to get one. Such a great composition from a moving target. I do agree with Jerry that a little more contrast- especially in the background- might make it a little sharper. |

Hi Geoff- I love this picture: perfect timing with the time of sunset and the setting sun right behind the tree and the wonderful colors throughout. Your title says "Bomb Tree", but I wonder if that should be Boab Tree? I know that boab trees exist in Australia and are quite closely related to the baobab trees throughout many countries in Africa. The trunk of the tree in your picture is not as large as pictures of other boab trees that I have seen, or like baobab trees, but the silhouette against the sunset is truly striking. I love it and wouldn't change a thing. |

Hi Scott- Welcome aboard! So glad you're part of our group. Like the others, I like the composition and general "feel" of the picture. It has some real possibilities, but I agree with Frans that the noise and dust spots are distracting elements. Best wishes! |

Hi Pierre- I love the scene, the Colosseo and the sunset, but it doesn't seem like the Coloseo- the main focus of the image- is quite prominent enough. I played with it a little bit in PS, moved the Coloseo a little to the right so it is closer to the colors of the sunset, and removed some of the distracting limbs and elements on the left, so the Coloseo stands out a little stronger in the picture. My revised image is obviously manipulated a bit, but it's my effort to make the main thing the main thing. |

Hi Jerry- this image is awesome! I love the church lighting against the dark sky, and the great reflection in the water. I can hardly believe that this is handheld from a moving boat. No suggestions. I love it. |

Thanks so much, Jerry. I really love the desert and cacti, and especially when the sun is at a steep angle. |
