Thanks, Pierre. Your revisions definitely help to focus on the train rather than the scenery. Great idea! |

Thanks, Geoff! Yes, we love steam trains and have plans to ride several of the old heritage steam trains in Wales and England next month. |

Wow- that picture really pops with two layers of mountains and two layers of clouds all doing different things. So much to see and feel in the picture- really belongs on a wall. Great shot!! |

Hi Kathryn- I've taken that ferry ride a number of times in the past, so your picture brings back a lot of pleasant memories. I tend to agree with Pierre and Geoff about the potential of cropping the top and bottom to make it more of a pano-landscape shot. |

Really lovely composition with single tree framed by banks of trees, and reflection of that tree and sunset in the water providing perfect focal point. |

I agree, Geoff. Love the colors. Would help provide a point of interest if there were a little boat or something in the picture besides water and sky. |

Hi Pierre, thanks for your comments. About the sky, it is amazingly blue- sometimes annoyingly so because there are so few clouds to break it up and make for better pictures. But the intensity of the color of the sky is always remarkable to those who visit. |
