A spectacular image of an important place. I have to agree with others that your photo is "busy", I might have tried to clone out the 2 people in the middle distance and cropped a bit from both the bottom and right side of the frame. This should increase the importance of the larger group entering the scene from the left.

Brian: You surely were at the right place at the right time! The light from the trawler certainly adds to the overall image. The horizontal perspective was the right choice, and the placement of the 4 principal elements in the image - cliffs, moon, boat and reflections on the sea create a perfect balance.

Trey: This is a beautiful capture of the power, the speed, and the beauty of a falls in Springtime. You could not have chosen a better vantage point; I'll bet you got your feet wet! Unlike you, I would have left a little more light on the lower right side of the frame and cropped a little less across the top.

Congratulations on your remarkable eclipse capture. (I missed the event entirely.) I agree that a stacking edit might correct some of the lighting aberrations on the right side of the frame.

Charles: Your image is dramatic and beautiful. It conveys a sense of place and, as you pointed out, a sense of power and speed. Your filling in the upper part of the frame is well done; I frequently use that function, particularly in macros. My only suggestion might be to take another shot from a few paces back from the subject.

Brian: Your image is beautiful. (My wife & I were kayakers for many years; we paddles all over New England until old age made it too risky.) If, in your PP you put your wife out of focus, I would reverse that step. I would also tone down the whites in both the foreground and background. Your composition is nicely balances.
