Amazing. You didn't need to travel in order to find this scene. Your image is beautifully balanced and it draws your viewer right to the tree's trunk which shows the dynamic of the falling snow. The grey tones on either side of the image seem natural and add to the balance of the image. I'm curious about your choice of lens; you used about half of the lens' focal length. A beautiful photograph.

Sanat: I like this image. Your subject - the boats - could have looked the same 100 years ago, so you have captured a history as well as a modern scene. I agree with others on the horizon, the motorbike and the overpowering sky. With a softer sky the colors of the boats would be more dramatic. Keep up the good work.

Trey:
I kind of like the non-photogenic foreground as it immediately draws the eye to the most compelling part of the scene: the brilliant Autumn foliage. The soft grey sky only enhances the foliage even more. I might have cropped a bit from top and bottom, but overall a well balanced piece of work.

Charles: A beautiful photo from a place I've always wanted to visit. The colors are dramatic but not overdone. The overall scene is inviting, especially with the fence and the stream clearly drawing the eye into the waterfall. You chose a perfect spot from which to shoot.

Brian: Your image is awesome. The dramatic clouds over the desolate landscape remind one of "Apocalypse Now" and place you, the photographer, in the cross hairs of the oncoming storm. Getting low definitely enhances. I might have cropped a bit from the left side where the clouds are less menacing. Thanks for sharing.
