Allen- Nice Flower sharp and well placed. The only thing which catches my attention is the white area of the flower.I suggest
if that area can be cloned down a bit without damaging the yellow cast you will see the difference. The bottom area of the flour which has a greenish tone could be darkened. A white thin border adds beauty.

John-You did very well as far as Fire Works goes. However, I would suggest creating a feeling of a night effect. You need to tone down further the whole image and more toning down the building and other left side structure which catches your attention.

David- A nice portrait of the bird with good detail all around with a selection of blue background. Good Job!

Debbie- You produced a very pleasing image the way you did. I think you left no room for further improvement except my eyes white spot right in the middle at the bottom and a couple of dim light lines on the edge of the right side of leaves. Otherwise, It's a perfect image!

Priscilla- As far cropping goes, my suggestion would be-don't crop from the right and show up to the infinity and don't crop from the top- only crop from the left side to make the image square.
An afternoon shot would be another try for you when the light is falling on the steel structure making an interesting shot.
Keep trying from different angles until you are satisfied.
