Allen-You added more things in your image than needed. This way you loose your main interest. I would take out the fairy and butterfly from back of Maggie and leave the fairy and starburst in the same position. You did nicely with the background already. You have beautiful expression of your Maggie. You have two white spots one under starburst and other under Maggie's ear which should be removed by using stamp tool or content-aware. It would look more pleasing than it looks now.

Debbie-You handled the hatching process correctly and gently. I enjoyed following your post processing. However, I feel the background has a little more room to make out of focus. Any way I like your end result of the image very much.

Jesse-You did catch the right expression of High Fives but I see lot distraction in the background. You could have done with your camera at the time of taking this photo or in the photoshop making the background out of focus.

Priscilla-Good job! Reflection of the buildings has added more interest overall of the image with two ferries in the foreground.
Well exposed with good details and natural colors of the buildings.

David- you caught this shot at the right time when the wild flowers are on full bloom. Nicely composed and well focused with multi color around. You did a very good job and I like it very much overall.
