David-I would let it go as is. I would not touch the mountains for improvement. It is not an easy shot to take but you did the best.

Priscilla-You shot a state of the art photo with appealing colors & designs. I think you left no room for improvement!
Good job!

Allen-Even you did pay to the girl to walk thru but you had the idea in your mind and you got it what you wanted. In this kind of situation sometime a photographer keeps waiting until his/her suitable subject passes thru without paying any thing.I came across with the same situation many years back and captured the subject I wanted.
You did a commendable job but I would remove the electric bulb shining on top in the corner which catches attention.

Debbie-You presented your image other way around which is not generally seen by the viewers. Good idea but I do agree to have a more space at left side. Otherwise, your image is sharp and colorful.

Jesse-I do agree with Priscilla's comments but I definite add a touch of bunch of birds returning back home at Sunset. A beautiful Sunset shot Jesse at perfect time.

John-You created a slow motion effect and I like that. The only thing I suggest that you tone down the whole image and remove the hot spot (vertical line) on top left side because my eye spotted that right away.
