Wonderful shot. I love the sharpness as well, especially in comparison with the background. The darker flower toward the top right and the dark circle at bottom right drew my eye away just a bit. So I played with knocking those back some. Not sure but here you go. |

Do you have any pictures of your studio set up for this shot.I am wondering about the space, how big is the back drop, etc. And also the placement of the lights. |

You definitely should do more of this. I understand the need to use manual focus and you nailed it. Love the composition...superb all around. By standard studio settings you mean 1/160, f8? |
