I am not sure about having the two sets of feet and unfortunately...I went back and checked...the original shot did not include them. Darn! I take your point and would have liked to experiment. |

Love this! The center of the flower looks like it is on fire! The the clarity and focus on the elements of the petals and filaments is perfect. Maybe take out the leaf at bottom right? |

Very nice capture. And thank you for the B 17...though I have to say that Spitfires are amazing. My daughter in law's father was with the RAF. |

Great photo and composition. I like the clarity. Was this "out of camera" or did you do some work in post? |

Oh...and solarization was originally created by exposing a developing negative to light. The effect is mimicked by using the tone curve in lightroom. This article is helpful: https://www.all-about-photo.com/photo-articles/photo-article/823/how-to-create-a-solarization-effect-using-lightroom-or-photoshop
And by the way, I love All About Photo...one of the best photo sites I've found. It highlights different artists and also talks about technical stuff. https://www.all-about-photo.com/ |

Love this shot. What is it about cats and boxes? Buttercup is lone star sweet to be sure. |
