How do you put that frame around it. Always wondered. I like it. And I like it a bit brighter. Thanks for the great ideas everyone.

I can see why this stopped you in your tracks. I would love to see this as a print...large size preferably. I think I could just "jump in" to the image. I love the almost abstract quality of the leaves at the top, and then the shadows at the bottom. The bark on the ground, at various angles, is also compelling. Definitely one to print. |

Great capture and composition. The Union Cycliste Internationale was in Richmond, Va. where I live in 2015 and I had a good time taking photos. Amazing athletes. And good for you for getting Wout van Aert!

Love this photograpgh. Can you say a bit more about the "dodging and burning" you did? I am interested in learning more about how to improve depth. |

Can you say a bit more about what you did? You wanted to desaturate the black on the right? I think I see that in the first photo you posted. I am not sure what you mean by "a think stroke to separate" and would love to learn what it means and what you have done. Thanks so much for engaging the imag

Very nice shot with great colors. I love the primary red, yellow, and blue. And the dark lines in the field and the undulations are amazing. Can you say more about post-processing? |

I like the composition...my eye moves from bottom right to top left. And I like the tree branches in the background. The only things I might think about are 1. create a mask for the flowers and play with the exposure, blacks, clarity etc...just to make them pop a little more and 2. after doing that, see if it makes sense to dim down the whites in the sky a bit...not sure about that one. |
