Thanks for your comments Georgianne. I like your version but I did want to keep the sky fairly muted, just so the background did not distract from the horse. |

Thanks for your comments Jan. I did try a darker vignette in my original editing but as the horse is dark I felt that an inverse vignette worked better for me. |

You have captured lovely detail in this beautiful flower. I felt that the image was a little dark and that the flower is a bit tight in the frame at the top and bottom. I have added some extra canvas to give a square format and tried an alternative colour in the background to blend more with the outer petals. |

I like the added elements of the bird and plane they give further interest to the image. I feel that the image would suit conversion to mono and you could have fun darkening and lightening selected areas. I had a quick play, darkening down the sky and using a couple of gradient filters on parts of the building. |

A lovely simple still life well captured. I think that the plastic wrap filter did a good job of adding texture to the vase. An alternative would be to use something like a stone texture over the vase in soft blend mode, which I have done in the version attached. I think a subtle texture or colour in the background helps to separate the vase from the background. I have used a simple painted texture and adjusted the hue to match the blue in the vase. I have also added a radial gradient to give a vignette. |

A very interesting fantasy image. I like the effect your textures have had on the water but like the others I would remove some of the texture from the model. |
