Sorry I did not get this comment done before. Something came up and I didn't have a chance to finish. I have gone back to this image many times. There seems to be three insects here? The two diagonals, the stem and the leaf, works really well. Great "action" with the top/front caterpillar turning to take a bite! the background is not a distraction for me, nice work with the blurring and the colors really make the main subject stand out. Just noticed the front most insect is heading down. Love images I can go back to and find more detail. Again, nice job! |

An interesting subject. Nice work with the detail in the wings and body of the dragonfly. The pottery in the left side of the image is distracting to me. Part of it is fairly focused and the rest is not. There is a ceramic frog in the front of the wing that interferes with the intent of the image. To be honest I don't have any idea how you would handle the stuff on the left of the image. Some is in focus and other is not. Too bad you could not have found another angle so it was not in the image. |

This is indeed a nice presentation. Using the wet rocks gives a nice smooth texture to the rocks etc. The placement of the wood piece leads the eye to the center of the image. Nicely done. There is also a very pleasing group of stones that by being wet really makes this image in my opinion. |

This is well done in my opinion. The colors are tack sharp and very vibrant. Another presentation might be to use a single bloom. I would use the one to the left. I would also crop the branch so it doesn't extend above the bloom. Just another presentation to a nice image. Like the black background and the angle of the stem. Very sharp focus! Thanks. |

This is a really nice image! I can't tell if this is from the same plant or two different ones. Not that it matters just curious. It would be nice if you added a little about the subject in your "About the Image" description. I have found that I can clean up my flower images by removing the spots on the pedals with whatever program your are using. It doesn't take too much time and adds a little to the image. However this is a nice image as I have indicated. |

This image is really sharp and well balanced. The colors work well to my eye. If I could offer some hints for this image it would be to leave a little more room at the top (room to grow?). Your black cloth is reflecting a little. I have had this problem in the past and used a different cloth that did not reflect the light. Just some minor improvements that may elevate this very nice image to a great one. That said nice work! |

Not sure what this accomplishes. If you would have something to say to the shooter that helps he or she that would be something. Not sure that just listing the names does? At a minimum I guess the person knows someone is looking at their work. |

Thanks for me I would have left the bottom of the image as the original was. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I guess. Nice shot, nice to have something great to work from! |

Fail in love with this one. The focus is spot on through out the image. The colors are vibrant, the lines are sharply focused, the diagonal piece of metal kept my eye from wandering away from it. This is the first time a border has not been distracting to me due to the size of it. Again for me this is a great image, nicely done. |

When I first looked at the image I thought it might be whimsical. The feathers on the chest area look more like pheasant feathers. The eyes are sharp as though the bird is looking at you. Detail of the feathers is great. For me I don't care so much the color of the back ground. I did enjoy the photo. |

This landscape is very nice! All three areas are clear and focused. I have not been to Bryce Canyon but this image really makes me want to (if this virus ever clears up). Also the tree stump might have been shown a little more of it. All minor things. Other than that a great shot! |

This is a fun image. By limiting the amount of the tree trunk it keeps the focus on the "pop corn". The image is nice and sharp with a lot of detail of the bark, grass, and flowers. |

This is a great image! The center of the flower the stamen and stigma, (had to look that up) are sharp and draw the eye to themselves. Colors are vibrant. The detail in the leaves really makes this, in my opinion, an outstanding image. |
