Nice work with your bird. For me the image is a tad dark in your processing. This could be my monitor, I'm not sure. I like the way that the bird is flying into the frame. Too bad the bird was flying in front of the dark vegetation. That said, you have to take the shot when you can get it. Nice work on this one! |

When shooting wild animals in their natural habitat you don't have much time to get multiple shots. This is the best of probably 10 - 15 shots. In most of them all three had their heads were down eating. In this shot the mother's hind quarters were actually behind some branches. I photo shopped the branches out so the viewer could see all of her body. Shooting in the wild, with long glass you get what you can get. I followed them for about 2 and 1/2 miles but never had them In the clear again. I love this type of photography. I spent 10 days in Yellowstone on this shoot. Thanks for the critique though. Bill |

Nice shot. For me there maybe a little too much blue. To bad the bridge was not coming from the right to left and it would have led the eye into the large buildings on the hill. Nice clean focus. |

This is a really nice image. Usually having the subject balanced in the middle of the frame may not be the best. In this case I think it works really well. Focus is great and the image tells the story. |

I think the colors are nice and I like the way you have emphasized the lady. Looking at the scene it could be that she lost her ring down the drain is forlorn about it's loss. For me having the background a little out of focus really brings my attention to the lady. |
