Nice presentation. I like the overall result. The colors go well together. I'm not sure I would have sacrificed the spot on focus of the stamen to get overall clarity of the flower. In my studies of macro photography the center of interest is where the concentration of focus should be. It would be interesting to see what this macro image would look like if the focus was on the "stamen" with a little red surrounding. Sorry I just get carried away with the concept of "macro" photography, nice image. |

Bob the image of the butterfly is very sharp and the colors are wonderful. The clutter in the rest of the image are distracting to me. The stone behind seems OK as it giver perspective to the size of the insect. I wish the eyes were better focused. Nice job on the antenna, legs and feet. Thanks for an interesting shot. |

Not sure that I have ever seen one of these. I too like the placement of the object. I am trying to determine if the oblong shape on it's face is the eye and I think it is. Nice job capturing it. Also the hairs on it's face, well done. I'm OK not having seen one of this. I definitely would not want to wake from a sleep and find one crawling on me!. Nice job. |

Nice job Mr. Bill. The colors are great together. The center of the flower is spot on. If I had to make a suggestion it would be the noise on the pedals on the right running down the bottom. A little cleaning up and this would be worthy of entry in a contest. Nice job. |

Hey what are you doing here?? This little one is as inquisitive as I am. Nice capture of the eyes. Shows one does not have to have the entire image in sharp focus. Actually I think you captured the essence of the image, the eyes have it as well as the rest of the face. For me this is a nice image. |
