Well Denise you have given us another fine photo. For me there is a majestic feel with the two pedals leading the eye as they touch as they go around. The focus brings my eye around with the swirl of the pedals. Your colors are warm and pleasing and I really enjoy what you have done with the focus. Thanks for an image that is easy to enjoy! |

Again nice job. I have no idea of the name either but it really doesn't matter. I like the capture with the stem coming in from the upper corner and leading the eye to the buds(?). The colors for me work well together. This placement is nice with the main bud in the right hand 1/3 of the image. Nice shot, to me a very relaxing image. Thanks |

Spot on! The eyes captured my attention right off and then lets me take in the rest of the insect. Always like it when the fine hairs are shown so distinctly. To my eye it looks like the Dragon Fly may be back lit some. The hairs on the legs are crystal clear, nice job. One of the best capture I have seen of the glorious Dragonfly . Thanks for a great image to view! |

A job well done! This is a little different perspective with the opening of the flower pointing downward. That works well in your image. This makes the pedals the main focus instead of the fillies but show them at the bottom of the bloom. For me this is a nice distraction of always concentrating on the center of the bloom. Again nicely done, the pedals in crystal clear focus with a blurred background that maintains the color but doesn't interfere with subject. In my opinion nicely done. |

What a lovely image! I have never been to the, "Sculpture Garden". From your outstanding image it looks like the trip may well be worth it. The colors are vivid. There is a warmness to the overall image. You did a great job capturing the detail in the photo. The sharpness is outstanding against the blurred background. The background is not distracting to me, and puts the bloom in perspective. What a great job you did! |
