60 Mar 18 Comment Doug welcome. You have a great image for your first submission. As submitted the Pom Pom flower is the focus of the image. It is well focused and well placed. I really like the image being off center a bit. The flower being placed to the right leaves lots of room for the bee. If you wanted to make the bee the main focus you could make it the sharpest part of the image which might be interesting. You could move your camera to the left a little to get the little guy. These are only suggestions. Great shot and again welcome to the Group! Mar 3rd
60 Mar 18 Comment Good Morning! Finally the sun is shinning and I'm feeling like spring is just around the corner. A ripe, crispy apple greeting me just makes my day! I feel that the arrangement is very good. I like the apple that is the main focus of the image is set off center to the left a little. For me it draws my focus into the image. I agree with everything you posted. I like the staple and string it makes a more "homey" feeling. If I could suggest anything it would be to try it with the apple turned around and a little more "main focus" on the that apple. That being said I really like your image as is! Mar 3rd
