This is a nice shot. I like the colors and think the placement was good. I have to agree that the focus on the center of the image could have been a little sharper. Sometimes you can't see that until the photo is published. I like the edges of the leafs in the center. It looks almost if they were ice or crystal. Having the veins of the leafs so prominent gives the image some character. Nice job in my opinion. |

Another nice image. You did a fine job of blurring the background. Having the focus on the eye makes it appear that this guy is looking for the observer. Nice job on the wings head and body. These are tack sharp. |

This is a nice image, actually a great image. I have the feeling that this is cubs of ice reflecting surrounding colors. The image is sharp and the colors are clear. I could look at this for a long time and find it soothing and refreshing. |

This is a grand image. The butterfly is right on for sharpness. You can see the hairs (?) on the lower part of the wings. It is interesting to see the sharpness of so much of the image. Nice job. |

Originally I was have some difficulty with the stems on the lower right. Then I saw the reflection of the bowl and realized this was a reflection on the table top. I thought this was a nice shot. I agree the foliage on the top could be cropped if that was what your were going for.
PS to answer your question, no I don't believe I have done any photo stacking. It seems an interesting subject though. |
