Sorry about this months image. I guess I was looking to something to submit from my older photos instead of taking a new one. I will be a good boy from now on! |

I think your image competes for the best image of the month. To me it almost looks like a dancer with a long trailing gown. The green of the leaves coming through the top wings is really nice. I love the front legs attaching to the flower. The vane of the top leave leads the eye into the relationship of the insect and the center of the flower. Really supper job! |

Don't know that I have seen this fruit before. Something new. The stem coming in from the left is a path for the eye to follow towards the fruit. I wonder how the image would have appeared if it had been moved to the right to minimize the stem and two leaves. I like the contrast of the colors. It may be a bit grainy but a nice image. |

This is a great image. It is hard to think of hand holding a camera and getting as sharp an image as this. Nice Job. The sharpness of the boy hairs and the pollen on the insect is really great. I also like the placement of the wasp, it makes it look like it is coming into the picture. Overall great. |

I always like the flowers. The Red pedal (thin ones) remind me of a flamingo dance. The yellow and red colors compliment each other. I had to get closer to see the specs of pollen Lou pointed out but I have to agree with him. However it looks to me as if the center of the flower is to the right and this gives me the feeling the flower is moving in to the frame. This is appealing. Nice Job! If I had to suggest changes it would be to sharpen the yellow part of the flower. (Now I am being nit picky) |
