The Smokies are mystical and you've captured that with the cloud layering and color strata. Keeping the foreground dull also helps focus attention on the clouds. My only distraction was with the heavy graininess of the image. Smoothing that out would really help. |

The vertical version focuses on the tree; the horizontal version focuses on the surrounding area. Each is fine depending on where you want the emphasis. I don't have the same feeling about the "mood." I would enhance the tree and increase the saturation and brightness. |

Absolutely a tremendous shot!! Agree with a little more room but since you have that crop I would have evened off the right side to match the left. |

I agree with Joe on the cropping and saturation. I would also eliminate that building in the lower left. It looks like the brightest part of the remaining sunset is to the left. Any thought given to moving the lens that way? |
