This is definitely an eye grabber. Very unusual and certainly a statement on covid. I think you've done well on this image taking it from a frontal angle. The composition is very attractive and the coloration is good. I agree with the suggestion to crop this down from the top as the mountains tend to draw the eye and take away from the colorful horses. However, I think I would have stopped just at the top of the tree line Good luck on your knee operation - - I've had two hips and one knee replaced and none of it was any fun. But in the end you'll be glad you did it. |

A very good storytelling image. When I first looked at it I thought that cropping on the left side would be appropriate. However after studying the image more I understand how that's part of the story. The image is a little hazy due to the sea spray and a little clarity and sharpening in that respect might help the image overall. Otherwise, I think this is a great shot. |

Wow. You're absolutely right about this one being a grabber. Lots of color and activity, great composition and focus. The triple header of the flowers in the foreground, the face painted on the left, and the colorful house on the upper right really leads your eye around this image. You've captured it all in this frame and filled it well. Good job. |

A very clear image that certainly tells a story. I do enjoy the variations in color and the light green background. Very well composed and colorful. However, the subject just doesn't really grab me with any feeling of impact. Just me. |

I agree that you did a marvelous capture of this creature and I also agree that Marti's enhancements really helped. I, too, had difficulty figuring out what this was until I looked at the new version. You made a great capture but it was surrounded by the leaves rather than standing out on its own. With a little cropping and a few enhancements, your original would've really been outstanding. |

This is very creative! I'm sure it took an extremely long time to dig that staircase out of the background and keep it so clean. I like the way you have it starting below the bottom of the image and into the clouds. I won't echo the other comments but I do think it could be just a bit brighter overall to make the staircase stand on a little more. This must've been quite a project. Wonderful job. |
