22 Oct 19 Comment I agree that flipping the image is an improvement. Something about high on the right and low on the left seems more balanced. Also agree about turning off the lights. Beyond that this is a great image - - good color, composition, and interest. Oct 27th

22 Oct 19 Comment I love this image because I have a panorama of the same shot hanging above my office door which I took three or four years ago standing about 50 yards to the left of where you shot this. Mount Moran is very impressive especially when contrasted against fall colors. It looks like this was the kind of autumn where some of the aspens turned early and weren't available for viewing with the background foliage. Water level is pretty low. I agree with the suggestion to crop the sky and would do it down to just above the cloud line. Additionally, I think some color saturation would improve the foreground grasses as well as the aspens that were in color. The fishermen are a little bit distracting for me but that's just me. 22 Oct 19 Comment I agree with the cropping recommendations. There's too much negative space in this image that doesn't add anything to it. In addition, I would recommend straightening the ground line that the sheep are standing on. I think that would make it more dramatic and appealing. Good fog image. Oct 11th
22 Oct 19 Comment Wow! You did an excellent job of panning this image. I have never been very successful at doing that and you got this one tack sharp with the motion blurs exactly right on. I especially appreciated that you were able to isolate this racer and make the image totally about her. In many occasions racers are bunched up and separation is really impossible. Good color contrast and background. Great work. Oct 11th
22 Oct 19 Comment Nicely done in black and white. The conversion really made the opposing lines stand out and the weathering of the wood more prominent. One really gets the sense of age on the ramp and railing. Good composition. Oct 11th
22 Oct 19 Comment I was debating the shutter speed to use on this image and elected to go with a high ISO and I shutter speed to ensure getting clarity and focus. Unfortunately, it also resulted in the stoppage of propeller rotation. While that makes the image a bit unrealistic I decided that it was a better to have the clarity. Oct 11th
