Welcome to the group. I have been at this pullout at Canyonlands many times over the years. It's a great scene and every time I go there it's different. You have a nice capture here and the Green River in the background shows up nicely. I would also suggest cropping a lot of the sky out. Without clouds, it really doesn't add much to the image. I would crop it right at the line where the whiteness of the sky begins to turn blue. Then I would enhance the saturation slightly to bring more interest to the canyon. Great shot. Makes me want to go back there again. |

This is really a happy picture. The movement of the child really enhances the storytelling of this otherwise stoic image. Mixing images of children with adults at work can really produce some great results. I think you've got one here. I would recommend cropping the top to eliminate the foliage in the upper right-hand corner. This would focus attention on the people and the little boys activity. The background is great for this. Consistent color. |

Very good detail on this image and the separation of colors is done very well. I guess that I am not much of a parts person so individual pieces of a locomotive just don't do much for me. The only suggestion I might have would be to crop a little off the top and right side to offset the subject slightly. |

A very interesting and colorful display. To me, however, the overall bright green cast of the image sort of mutes the center subject. I agree with that cropping tighter would be helpful and perhaps a little enhanced structure. That might help separate some of the individual plants that blend together in the image. |

I think you did a great job on separating the dancer from the background crowd. It's a very difficult situation to be in and it's too bad the strong image of the fence behind the dancer was there. Still, the image is very sharp and you caught the movement very well. I can't suggest much under the circumstances other than perhaps a little more saturation to bring out the color of the dress a little more. |
