Thanks Damon. I can't just go back there, but you're right about not shooting from different angles. I saw the colors and just shot it from across the street. Won't make that mistake again! I'm not familiar with PS, so that's another challenge. Usually I walk around until I find a spot that gives me the least amount of extraneous stuff. I don't know why I didn't do that here. I need to be more mindful. Thanks for your help and time. I will take your suggestion and apply it to another image! |

Thanks Stephen. I do have to take more time to learn PS. I've never used the content aware tool. I do agree that without the car, it would be a better image.

Damon, thanks for your explanation regarding the flash. Lightening the image made all the difference. It also explains that it's a log or a large piece of wood she's jumping over. Now the context of the image makes sense. |

What a cutie. He is sharp and even at a distance, I can see a catch light in his eye. The only suggestion I have is to maybe put a slight vignette on the picture to help the deer stand out more. Otherwise this is a great image. |

Happy Birthday to Schnitzel! I absolutely love this picture. Question: what is a 2 X Flashpoint eVolv Pro flash? Back to the image, I know you worked on the background. Maybe you made it a little too dark. It depends on what the background was. She's certainly clear and sharp as she jumps over the log. I'm just wondering would people understand that it is a log without your explanation? Maybe add more of it in the image. Again, cute dog and well done! |
