Charles...That display would not have lasted long with me! All the different colors with the reflections are nice. I do notice that they are not all the same size and I would have positioned the "M' in the same direction for all of them. Very creative! |

Murphy...This is a nice catch for this little bee. The color contrast between the flower and the bee is beautiful. I think the hairs on the bee could be a little sharper and sometimes that's hard to get when using a macro lens. Overall, it is a very nice photo! |

Priscilla...down here we call those flowers carnations. They are very effective in the black vase but I would have used different lighting. Not sure what that white area is around the one carnation. The background is nice but I would have used a lower light to create more depth to the flowers that would soften the solid background. Have you ever tried light painting? It's fun and effective. |

Congratulations for the award winning picture! Interesting little guy with so many details and colors. I would love to see more of his face and perhaps one eye looking at me. I'm sure this wasn't easy to capture but the blue on the front of the face helps make the photo pop in contrast to under the chin. |

Neal...This is a great depiction of Texas, where I live. The weathered driftwood and blooming cactus plant is such a common sight here.
The composition is very nice with the color variance and how the pink blossom pops. I never worked much with slides so I know little about it but the sharpness of it is impressive! |
