30 Mar 23 Reply Thanks for your comments. See my response to Walter below. Mar 11th
30 Mar 23 Reply Thank you and Leonid for your comments. The morning scene was flat and hazy as the original image shows. I did not want to create a documentary type photo keeping everything as natural as possible; instead I wanted my final image to reflect a more vibrant scene I visioned in my mind. Mar 11th
30 Mar 23 Reply Because this is a sketch, you might try a version with the sky being white; no detail. I think it might focus attention more on the building. Another way of doing your sketch application. Mar 6th
30 Mar 23 Reply I like the cloned berry. It seems to give a leading line to the beak and form a triangle with the bird's underside. Mar 5th
30 Mar 23 Comment This image has a good story. Drama is created by the dark clouds and rain and the brightness of the valley rain. The person looking at the scene draws more attention to the rainy valley and sky. I like the scene a lot. But, I do feel the clouds in the background and on the right mountain may be a little over edited. Mar 4th
30 Mar 23 Comment Nice sharp image and capture with the bird about to grab a berry. The only thing I might suggest is to remove the leaf near the bottom berry. Mar 4th
30 Mar 23 Comment You had a vision for this image and I think you created it. I like the colored dome but would prefer the dome sketched as the rest of the building, but still have the color added. Also, I tend to want the sky sketched as well. But you are the artist here. Mar 4th
30 Mar 23 Comment I'm not a birder, but I like the faded colors of your bird. They are a nice contrast to the full feeder. As suggestions, I would change the current crop a little to maybe a 4x6 so the bird has more room to the left edge and not so much to the right. Also, you might darken the gray areas to draw attention more to the bird. See example image attached. Mar 4th
30 Mar 23 Comment Great subjects and location. Reflected clouds on the beach adds additional interest. As suggestions, you might try reducing the empty space around subjects by going to a square crop, adding a glow filter to bring out clothing colors and tone done the bright cloud reflection as it's brighter than the natural sky in my monitor. I have provided a sample version with my suggestions. Mar 4th
30 Mar 23 Comment The shadow and Black and White work here, but a color version would also be fine for me. The crop fits the subjects. I would add some contrast to the pot and shadow areas and remove or darken the distracting flower string in background as suggested. Mar 4th
