A nice composition with the placement of the hat's peak. I like the simplicity of the image. The weave makes for an interesting texture. As Mr. Schleif points out, the focus is soft along the back. Focus stacking could handle this issue, but a simpler way would be to close down the F stop to a point depth of field would cover the entire hat. You could increase the Iso to counter the increase in F stop value, use good no-noise software, and/or steady the camera against something or use a tripod. I would take out the two dots on the weave that are 1/3rd way down on the left. |

Good composition and capture of the two birds. The sky color looks fine to me. Could you provide the camera settings, lens, and lens setting used along with the original image? On my monitor, the focus is soft and it would be nice to see the crop used. |

Nice black and white which this scene was made for. I like the way you famed the subject inside the doorway and how you left enough room around the doorway to show the viewer what the walls and floors look like. To me, it gives more depth to the image. |

Nice job. I don't have any comments other than maybe try adding a little light to the eye, but that's personal preference. |

I like the relaxed pose of the subject and her facing the distant tracks and station. The next time you have a situation like this, maybe try making the distant objects sharp and the person somewhat out of focus. That would make the distant parts of the image the subject and not the person and your viewer would understand your story better. |

I think your comments should be based on viewing the image not my comments. I don't consider your comments on the sun and pontoons helpful. |

The the museum's roof is glass which provides natural light to the interior. No lights were on during this shot. |
