Great use of a drone for photography! I really like this picture. The colors are good and the composition is ok. The boat, however, seems a little out of focus. |

Fun picture. Good color processing. I think the composition would have been better if you had rotated to the right a little and centered the subjects. (I copied it into Photoshop to see how it looked, and it looked quite a lot better with the manatee angled at the center bottom). I would also remove the long dark shadow coming in from the bottom of the picture. |

A re-processing of your July 2023 image? It looks the same except for a little less sharpening in the trees and less darkening of the water. You said you took this picture in 2019; has it deteriorated more since then? It would be interesting to shoot again and see how much it has fallen apart since. Has a decision been made about the demolition? |

A lovely location and beautifully processed. I have mixed feelings about the person being a part of the picture. It would be a lovely shot of just the flowers and mountains. The flowers are a leading line off to the right side and out of the picture, and it would have been nice if you could have lined them up better to lead right down the middle towards the mountains.
But since you do have a person in the picture, I like how the purple contrasts with the yellow flowers. Nice color match. I'm just unsure if she is large enough in the picture to constitute an environmental portrait. |

Good job with color processing. The choice of subject is good. The composition needs some improvement, however. The fact that the original had the horizon so close to the edge of the picture gave you little room for cropping. I like the bluish color of the hills in the background, but the tower is much too close to the edge of the picture. If you had flown up a little higher, you could possibly have gotten more distance between the tower and the background without including the sky.
Also, the image needs perspective correction. |
