23 Feb 26 Comment Oleg, I appreciate the thought and creativity that you have put into making this photograph -it is an interesting concept and with your explanation it makes the photo more interesting. The figurine is clearly the subject but the LED light source is too strong and diminishes the subject rather that complimenting it. The streak is a nice touch, is there a way to reduce the light's intensity? Feb 7th
23 Feb 26 Comment So cold in Titusville that the birds turn blue.. sorry I just couldn't help myself.

This is another fine bird photo that you have taken, maybe having the highlight of yellowish grass in the background reduced might enhance the image. But the plumage has good detail, eye is perfect, and excellent colors.

23 Feb 26 Comment Marilyn, I've seen quite a few butterfly photos but I can't recall any quite like this one with one wing motion blurred and the other still. Perfect composition with the flower coming up at a diagonal from the corner and the butterfly ready to land on the flower and the background blurred. I wonder, is the blurred wing an effect that was added in processing or caught by the camera? Feb 7th
23 Feb 26 Comment Excellent photo of a sandhill crane in flight. Very good detail of feathers and eye as well as water droplets coming off the legs. There is one small dark spot near the bottom border on the right that can be easily removed. We see these birds also in FL in the spring with young ones. I think the Sigma lens was a good choice for your camera. Feb 7th
23 Feb 26 Reply Yes, I agree the photo would be improved with the fence removed. Thanks! Feb 6th

85 Feb 26 Comment Sorry tardiness of this, just got back from 3 weeks overseas. I like the image it brings a gloomy somber feeling. I agree with others that thin dark gray stroke would help define the image. But I have returned from a trip where I spent quite a bit of time visiting museums where all the art work is framed. 85 Feb 26 Comment Well done! I like the lighting coming in diagonally across the image as the sun was low in the sky, good timing. Also the softness is a nice contrast to the industrial nature of the subject. You didn't see any mules out there from pulling the wagons? Feb 20th
85 Feb 26 Comment Hey Alex, I think a small scale pano is difficult for complicated large view such as this. The terrain and view looks interesting but the details are lost due to the relatively small scale of the photos. It might be interesting to try another panoramic shot of just the left side getting closer to that highway. Feb 20th
85 Feb 26 Comment I like the kid asking if it was a DJI drone,he had one too and we're all kids :) I like the nice late afternoon sun, you captured the golden part the bridges name. Nothing to add to the above comments. Feb 20th
85 Feb 26 Reply Thank you. The sky was done with a method I had not used before and it is the original sky, not a replacement. I use Affinity Photo Ver 2 (not the current version which is quite a bit different after Serif sold the software to Canva). In any case, my workflow was to do very little processing with the raw file and move the file into the 'Photo Persona' where you work with layers and most all processing. But I noticed one of the tabs in the 'Development Persona' was for overlays. After a YT vid or two I found this is how you make layers using the raw file and it can take an image that appears to have blown out areas resurrect useful data from that area. Feb 6th
