My wife is also a quilter and she commented on how time consuming it is to make this type of quilt. She also stated that it looks beautiful and I second that opinion. Thanks for sharing, |

Thanks Marilyn, the GoPro was mounted to the helmet. I guess you could say I had a camera head. |

Hi Jill, thanks for your comments. I have used several application to produce videos. The most recent ones are Corel VideoStudio and DaVinci Resolve. The Corel program is fairly easy to learn but I've be has been very frustrated with the unexpected crashes (version 2022). Resolve is a free download (or buy the commercial one). It's a much more robust program and as such a steeper learning curve. |

You did a great job with the reflection and placement of pieces. I like to encase my photos with a thin stroke but in this case I'm glad you didn't- the photo is perfect without. My game is chess, but I think your pieces are more interesting and colorful. |

Santosh, nice street photo. I like the symmetry in the side walls, back wall and flooring. As Jill said, an interesting shot. |

Gee that looks like a lot fun!? Excellent action photo, well done. Just did a web search- I'm surprised at the number of rodeos there are in FL. |

The still life photo is excellent, the lighting, the composition, and the subject are all very good. I like the highlights on the bottle opener but the spots on the wine glasses and bottle are maybe a little too bright. Of course you know France is also my fav place (just got back from a few weeks in Paris) to visit. A few years ago, we spent a month in and around Beaune bicycling through the vineyards. One has to be very careful not to sample too much wine while touring on a bicycle! |

Thanks Mike, I do think the photo captures some of ambience of that evening. If you Google 'Erie PA sunsets' you will find that people say this is a place to see the most beautiful sunsets in the world. I was only there for 2 nts, so I've seen nicer elsewhere. |

Thanks for you comments Pete. Good catch with spire, should have seen this myself. I am currently using 3 and 5 shot AEB's. and I have the ability to focus stack, exposure stack, stack for noise reduction, and HDR with Affinity Photo. I need to play around with these more! |

Right, I have to be more careful with the focus. Sometimes even when the focus peaking shows a subject is in focus, the object is a little off focus in the image created. I'll try to increase f/ stop (decrease aperture) to improve focus range when possible. This was a dark image to start with. |

Good shot of the county fair. The Pete crop does make an improvement in the image. Some of the lights on the midway seem overexposed, I wonder if there is any other way (other than the 3 shot exposure set you made) this can be avoided? |

Hi Drema, I avoid reading what others say before I look at an image. And I saw the same thing, an interesting church and a beautiful sky with just the right setting sun position. But the building to the left not so good, the vertical crop helps a lot. |

The image looks good but as mentioned by others above, the image needs just a little more 'punch'. It looks like a beautiful location. |

Hi Pete, I like the photo very much. I haven't had the opportunity to use the drone for snow landscapes so I don't know techniques and problems of snow. One thing with your photo is the weak shadows- is there any way of boosting the black level of the shadows (slightly)? |

Hi Mike, your photo bring backs the memory of driving a jeep from Potash to Shafer and into Canyonlands, was quite the adventure. At that time I didn't have a drone but I did get some great shots with dslr. Your photo does show the rock face vertical walls and the Colorado Riv. But it doesn't represent what I recollect of the area topography. The rock tones are too red and the exposure looks off. I like the cloud orientation in the replacement sky. |
