Thanks Marilyn, I agree a different crop might improve the image. |

Another interesting photo from Santosh, thanks! Very colorful, the blues look iridescent against the black. The red and yellow puffy things have lost some texture- processing or not capture in original? |

Thanks Jill, I was lucky to have such a beautiful specimen growing in our front yard. For this image I used used a total of five images (probably overkill but so easy to do why not?), each focused on a different part of the subject, from the closest to the lens to to the furthest. Tripod is required and I used an open aperture in an attempt to blur the wrinkles in the backdrop. Also a light vignette was added. As an after thought, image better with flower facing right? |

Hi Julia, another great image! The butterfly looks to be in perfect condition and all technical aspects of the shot are fine. One thing that might slightly improve the image is to clone out the far left flower stem and then crop a tad from the left. |

Hi Marilyn, interesting shot, especially the lighting. Well done - being able catch the interior illumination (almost looks like a candle flame) and the outside daylight. However for me, if there were no people outside it would be a stronger image. |

An African safari, every photographer should try to do one in their lifetime and this photo illustrates why. Good shot, something that must have been very exciting to see in person. |

Jill, very nice sunset scene- I like the composition with the sail boat and rocks in the foreground and the horizon is perfectly horizontal. It is just a tad too saturated for my taste but that's personal opinion. |

Greetings Gordon, good to have you joining our group.
Very nice sunset photo, beautiful sky and good tones reflect from the water. As Pete has pointed out, the image is lacking something in the water, a boat with a trailing wake would have been ideal.

Alex, nice train shot and I like to see the foothills with the shadows. The sky area is a little scare as other have stated. I have another thought, if you have an opportunity to revisit this location make a shot lower AGL to include that trestle, the structure looks very interesting. |

Hey Don, glad to hear you like the new drone, I think they are amazing devices. I love these kinds of images, especially bridges.
Your image has good exposure, focus, and post processing but it falls short on composition. A great shot for bridge as subject, is to wait for a large container ship to pass under the bridge and make the shot as close to the bridge as possible.. I'm planning such a shot at Port Newark (NJ) and to help with the timing, there are apps for the phone that track all ships in the world real time, you'll know when a ship approaching before actually seeing it. |

Nice shot, I agree with most of the comments above. I would try to increase the color temp slightly with a white balance adjustment of +5% or so, the whites would not be so hard. |

I didn't quite understand the shot until I saw the original with autos and then I realized the scale. It is an amazingly intricate design when seen from above. I like muted blue tones and hope you do another shot with fountains flowing. |

You point out exactly the conflict I felt between detail of a boat or inclusion of more scene. I liked the look of the funky port holes in the cabin and what looks like wood atop of the steel hull and from a further distance the details were not as noticeable. |

Definitely worth getting up so early for! Sounds quite challenging flying with so many other drones but the result is a beautiful shot of some very interesting geological features. |

Very colorful image providing a unique perspective of the umbrella decorations. Everything looks squared up and I like that there is one person in the scene to provide scale. |
