Hey Gaetan, Richard here from SG23. Tom alerted me to the fact that we have images this month that have similar subjects. The inverted image in your glass is really cool, this is a great image. If I may say, there is just one tiny change I would make in your image (and I see this because it occurs in almost every image I process), to the left in the blue areas there are two small dust spot that can be easily removed. |

Very nice photo, the spot of light makes a good focal point for the photo. I agree that the photo would benefit from a top crop. |

Thanks Jill, very good suggest. You are quite right, the early afternoon sun was hard light but I could soften it a bit in post. |

I am impressed! This is a technique that I have not heard of before- thank you for making me aware of this. After looking at a couple of web sites, it appears to have several very technical aspect with does intrigue me. Your attempt is excellent. One thing that I think may be helpful (totally personal, the image is excellent without) is thin stroke around the image, I chose a gray tone. |

Good shot of a lovely bloom. I like that you have caught just a hint of pink. The only suggestion I can offer is perhaps to crop a bit of the top of the image, crop maybe half of the space between the top of the flower and the top of the image. |

Well done Marilyn, great image - nice capture! Other than maybe slightly toning down the patches of sunlight on the sidewalk there is nothing I can think of that would make this a better image. |

Nothing like the sun coming up over the Atlantic Ocean, I can almost smell the odor of the ocean! I like the composition with the pier leading right up to rising sun.
There are a few things that I might have done differently. The ISO is a little low for the light, bump it up to maybe 500-1000 and used a wider aperture, this would have given a brighter exposure and a higher shutter speed. There doesn't appear to be any camera movement blur (was a tripod used?) but the waves look like they may have motion blur. The foreground needs to be brightened in post. Also when the scene has a wide range of light intensity, exposure bracketing can be used. |

You captured a beautiful scene! The light coming from the left nicely illuminates the facade, and the leaves appear to at their peak. The plain blue sky needs a cloud or two to be layered in. |

Thank you Alex.
I didn't really get that close to the bridge, I took off quite a distance away and never actually went to the bridge. Given the distance from where I was and the drone, I wasn't going under the bridge. Here is the original raw file. |

Thank you Drema, I'm looking forward to learning a lot about drone photography.
This image was shot while we travelled the ring road, so not far from the coast. It was on the southwest side of the island. It would be exciting to get some volcanic action shots. |

Using a drone to photograph the autumn colors opens a whole new world as your image illustrates. The photo has great colors but the left side not so much, I would be tempted to crop so that the pond is a diagonal of the left corner. |

Very nice image, well done Lisa. I wonder how they get those boulders to stay in place; can't just rely on balance? I like the angle of this shot over the other image. I find the interstate to be a distraction, I would clone it away along with the other road. |

Hi Alex, good find, looks like an interesting place to explore. I like the leading line of the road. When I looked at the image, I found myself trying to get more details of the barn, looks like some graffiti. Perhaps a lower altitude and closer in on the barn, less landscape? |

Hey Lou, great image, you did a fine job processing the image. I agree with your decision to clone out the lights. I do have one suggestion, use the crop rotate tool (or perspective tool) to level the bridge deck and bring the bridge tower to vertical- I have a T-square in my desk that I used for this purpose. |

Looks like quite a barren place - only one tree visible. Good composition with a nice balance of rock and water and leading lines. I wonder how it would be to add some feature to the sky like a cloud with a corresponding reflection in the water. |
