This is a great photo that clearly shows evidence of the excess rainfall in your part of the country. The river runs brown with soil that's being carried away. I like the composition with all river filling the foreground and both banks converging as you move into the scene. It looks like you were in the middle of the river when the image was shot, on a bridge? |

Excellent shot, especially considering cloudy weather and high shutter speed. |

I erased the background of original bird pic (using background erase brush) and then layered on top of the other image layer. The sunburst effect is a result of a small aperture (this image was taken a f/22) pointing at a bright object. |

Well done, I particularly like that the rider is not blurred but the flying dirt has motion- shutter speed just right. |

Thanks Tom. Fort De Soto county park is about 30 minutes from where this shot was taken, it is one of my favorite parks close to where we live. |

I believe that if this flower had a scent, I would be able to detect it from your photo! The focus and exposure look good, focus not too sharp.
There is a slight brownish discoloration bottom center, could be this bloom is slightly past its peak or this is typical of these flowers? |

Very nice image, I like the somewhat somber emotion it instills, winter is coming on. The reflected image off the still water is like a mirror. Also a good point was the horizontal 180 flip.
One thing that might be tweaked is the sky, there is a hint of blue in reflection and I think it is possible to bring this out along with some of the clouds that were present. One way to do this is using NIK Viveza control points, bring down brightness and up the structure and bring down the warmth.. |
