23 Aug 22 Comment I like the composition, diagonal wings and diagonal leaf, and the head is well position. The subject has good focus but the leaf drops off. At first I thought the circles were some sort of bokeh effect.. is the image above in your response to Shirley's comment the original shot? Aug 13th

23 Aug 22 Comment Brian, selfie? ... Just kidding!! Very good portrait shot, you chose just the right place for a good background. You mentioned glasses, funny thing he has another pair on his shirt, I wonder if those were a part of his costume or if he needed them? Aug 7th

23 Aug 22 Comment Very nice bird photo. The reflection is great and you did a nice job with the crop. Focus is good, nice sharp eye. The one thing that is puzzling is there seems to be a disconnect between the bird and a few tail feathers, feathers seem to float above the lower back of the bird. Must be some peculiarity in the lighting. Aug 7th
23 Aug 22 Comment I like the image, the colors work well together. The one thing for me that detracts from the picture is a fine dark outline around some of the petals where they meet the background. Others may not find this a distraction as it does provide good separation of the flower and background. Aug 7th
