93 Sep 23 Comment This is the most amazing picture. Since I first saw it a few days ago I have tried to think what to write about it. It is certainly one of the best photographs I have ever seen in terms of the sheer scale and impact but also the many details it contains. The whole of the mountain is included along with its almost entirely still reflection, the warm light from the setting sun, the greens in the lower hills on the far shore of the lake, the beautiful sky with the cheeky quiff of cloud are all details that keep me staring at the picture. Just astonishing. Sep 24th

93 Sep 23 Comment I think my Mum would have been ok with this sunset as it is really about the family having a wonderful time in the glow of the setting Sun and the endless interesting things to be found on the tide line. Great shot with the Sun between the two rock angles and great timing with the family. Sep 23rd
93 Sep 23 Comment This is another of Paul's excellent people shots. There is a whole story in this picture - the riders look anxious to move along - maybe there's a storm a brewing or rustlers are tracking them and their herd. Looks timeless in B&W. Great shot. Sep 23rd
93 Sep 23 Comment A dark, forbidding landscape successfully captured. It is interesting how the foreground is crystal clear whilst the background is draped in fog. Truly an alien land. Sep 23rd
93 Sep 23 Comment The clever angle along the vine makes this an interesting shot. The detail that has been recovered from the sky is amazing and I would never have thought this possible. (In future I am going to work on the apparently blown out portions of pictures to see what can be recovered).

93 Sep 23 Comment This is a great shot, enhanced by the low angle and the wide lens. I agree it looks best in B&W. The darker sky suggested by Dawn does help it pop. Sep 23rd
