I like this shot. It is an intriguing item/thing. It would be fun to know what it is, who built it and why. The picture is technically very good and I really like the saturated greens of the foliage.
I would have experimented with putting the item off center, probably over to the left, to see if that added interest. |

Great shot of people having fun. A welcome addition! Good timing to capture the water like this and the kids playing so unselfconsciously. Like the some of the others, I have a hard time photographing people and admire your ability (shown in multiple shots over the months) to capture the emotions of others. |

I am going to echo Stephen's opening comment that you were there and you loved what you saw. This makes it a deeply personal picture and is valuable however it resonates with others. |

It is amazing how much detail you were able to bring out from the original. The picture is wonderfully moody. The city scape dimly lit by the lightening appears as if straight from a dystopian sci fi movie. A captivating shot expertly rendered. |

A great picture of an intriguing mountain. It looks like there are multiple geological elements to it. Also intriguing is the rocky outcrop at the peak that looks like a European castle. Excellent picture quality and subtly of color.
My wife saw this and is convinced the rocky area in the middle is in fact Sasquatch walking down the mountain. (She is an artist so sees many things I do not!).

This is a wonderful picture taken from a great location. I like how it shows the location of the wall on top of the mountains at ever higher altitudes. Hard to imagine how much effort it must have taken to build it. The raiders that caused it to be built must have been really annoying!
Well done. |
