Think I was using boat to compensate for a so-so surfing photograph cause surfers didnt have challenging waves to ride. Most of the professionals didn't even compete. Annual surfing competition always held in September as usually an offshore storm kicking up huge, powerful waves. Maybe next year. |

I like your edited version of the Prickly Poppy better than the original as puts all the focus on flower and bee. Another remembrance of the joys of nature that you've captured in your walks. |

I also immediately thought the black lines were a spider. This wooden swollen eyeball simulation photo, if surrounded by orange, could also be made into extremely creepy Halloween themed photo. Good capture of the everyday things around as that we might overlook. |

First of all that's a brilliant capture of the sun rays streaming in through trees at Yellowstone and makes a perfect backdrop for your imagination. Many children love dinosaurs so bet this photo resonates with your great grandson. Hope you print it as keepsake. |

I love this photo of the sun streaming in on the cat with its paw covering its nose as it sleeps. Cats can just spell comfort. It's a wonderfully nostalgic scene with the antique iron. Just a small thought. How about cropping at rear of photo to just on top of the folded linens as it then divides photo into 3 items: Folded linens, sleeping cat and iron. |

Welcome Rita, Your Endless Tracks title definitely captures your image. Nice capture of the seemingly endless railroad tracks. I would not use auto edit on your photos as you want to make all the choices. I would do all of your photo editing in Snapseed as its a marvelous, powerful tool. Snapseed is close to editing with Photoshop as it gives you so many professional options. Skip the auto edit and just take your photo into Snapseed.

Two issues made this photograph hard to shoot. Sadly for the surfers there were absolutely no waves that day. This also resulted in surfers being further from shore. |
