It's a Swiss company and you can reach them at support@codenia.com if have questions before purchase. I use Android and believe can also use for Apple but support will resolve that. Hope it works for you. I got the free app with ads and not issue so far. Only had it for a day but worked quickly and effortlessly for me. No instructions. Got to look at options above image and decide how want to determine results. I picked 11x14 photo size wanted printed. Hope works for you, Lynne		 Oct 13th
51 Oct 20 Comment Love everything about this image particularly the chip in the coffee cup. Barista is an artist and seems shame to ruin his/her design by drinking coffee latte. Table covering perfect backdrop for this cup of Joe. Same coffee shop where photographed woman? Several are closing in our area cause of Covid19 drop in traffic which heartbreaking cause nothing like good place to drop in for latte or cold brew and pastry. Oct 13th

The bean and elevator company, gloomy sky and telephone poles and lines tell a story. Well seen and captured. Found excellent resizing app which I describe in comment under my section image. Oct 13th

I found an excellent resize app and think some of my print problem was that during a trip last fall didn't have my camera phone set to its highest resolution. But my camera's setting is now getting 4032x2750 resolution that easily converts into whatever size want to print photograph from my Smug Mug site. I used the Image Resize/Photo Resizer free app to ensure that the photograph wanted made 11x14 print without any cropping of scene my camera captured. I checked and believe this app also available for Apple. Oct 13th
