51 Mar 18 Comment I love this photograph as shows the frustrations as we yearn for spring and our hopes get smacked down by mother nature delivering more snow; something which going to do the same thing to my blooms in New Jersey tomorrow. Frustrating. Good composition and the painteresque effect gives an artsy touch. Mar 11th

51 Mar 18 Comment I've photographed this flower with my DSLR at a friend's home. She called me up one night and said get over here IMMEDIATELY as it just bloomed. I don't think my shot was as good as yours. The pure black background really sets up the image beautifully. Well done. Mar 11th
