Lou - like you at times I do not know what crop etc, looks the best for the image. It is art, so it is personal preference/judgement. |

Love this image, as how lucky were you to be allowed to take the image and with them under the wall image, which looks as though the men on the wall and watching the game below them
The face masks on the mum & son will time stamp it as during covid, in years to come |

I agree that B&W is less busy, as the colour image you are immediately drawn to the mans red pants, which distracts from the overall image
It is nice that the drummer seems to be looking at you - so there is a connection
I would have cropped out the microphone near the top on the LHS
Not having much grass, it grounds the kids as they appear to be sitting on the bas of the image. |

In this image, I could not tell that gentrification has occurred in the area, as you can't see the area around the shop. So to get this story a wider view would have been good
The shop itself looks interesting, as the window looks as though it has framed pictures and bookcases in it.
The image was taken during covid as three of the four men are wearing a mask (this will give it a time stamp in future years) |

I like how you got down to the dogs eye level, and he is looking straight at the camera
The jogger and the man walking give the image depth, as it draws your ey into the image and into all the background
The bright spot/window in the centre of the image is distracting, and needs to be removed |

Would the cropping on the LHS been better if you hade used the edge of the column? |

The sky looks grainy
What are the two white lines in the sky on the RHS of the image, what are they?
Could you have changed the angle so the rubbish bin, back middle, is not so prominent?
Would the image look better if you had cropped out some of the LHS? |
