One other thing. If it were my photo I would crop out the bottom forth of the photo and have the gorgeous male emphasized more. Nothing happening down there. See what you think.

I guess my earlier comment didn't make it through. I think mother and baby shots are almost always pleasing, and these 2 are so gorgeous. Tack sharp and nicely posed. How lucky for you to go to NZ. |

Ah, the migration will begin again soon. What magnificent birds. It doesn't bother me about the feet or the cropping. I like the interaction of the 2. |

I love sloths too and have seen a number of them. They turn green because algae grows in their fur. Also, they can't poop unless they come to the ground. Interesting bit of trivia.
One issue, your sloths are two-toed. |

Interesting about living in Lyons. Who'd have guessed when we have people from all over the country and world. I used Photoshop, of course, You could masque, color in selections, take your choice. |

You always come up with fabulous waterbird shots. Your new gear obviously works well. My only slight nitpick is to give a bit more movement room on the right side. You have plenty there that you cropped out. Wonderful shot. |

Oh you are lucky. I've always wanted to see these guys in breeding colors. Sadly, they never venture west. Gorgeous photo. |
